CHILI CON QUESO (CHEESE DIP)
 

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. Velveeta processed cheese (Mexican style for a little flavor)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (the kind with chilies)

In a large non-stick skillet, cook sausage loose. Brown and crumble. Remove sausage and drain well. Drain skillet and wipe to remove all grease. Melt cheese in skillet. Stir in tomatoes when cheese is melted. Stir in sausage and heat.
