2 lbs. chicken wings 1 c. honey 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger 2 tbsp. minced scallions 2 tbsp. catsup 1 clove garlic, minced Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint. Place wing pieces in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wing pieces, turning to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Transfer wings to a lightly greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once. |
