1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 c. white chocolate candy making wafers 1 tbsp. vegetable shortening 60 sm. pretzels Melt chocolate with shortening in double boiler. Remove from heat but keep over water. Drop pretzels, one at a time, into chocolate. Lift out and tap lightly to remove excess chocolate. Place on wire rack over wax paper to dry. |
