1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 lb. smoked salmon, flaked or finely chopped 1/4 c. natural California pistachios, chopped 4 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. dill, chopped Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add smoked salmon, pistachios, lemon juice and dill; mix well. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, pita triangles, etc. Makes about 1 1/3 cups. |
