1 lg. can white tuna, water packed, drained 1 lg. carrot, grated 1 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. or more sun flower seeds Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed Enough equal parts of plain yogurt and low fat mayonnaise to moisten. Combine all ingredients. Amounts of everything can vary according to taste. Keeps well for several days. Wonderful "diet" food. Good on sourdough rolls or whole wheat bread with sprouts. To use as a salad. Stir in chow mein noodles or canned shoestring potatoes. Just before serving on a lettuce leaf with cherry tomatoes for garnish. |
