2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. seasoned salt Blend all ingredients with 1 cup pecans. Chill for 2 hours. Form into two balls and roll in remaining pecans. Chill thoroughly. |
