DILL NIBBLES

Do Not use Tupperware for mixing nibbles. It will retain the dill flavor. Use crockery or metal bowls. Also: Store in glass, crockery bowls, or double Baggies.

1 c. Wesson oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Ritz Bits (mini Ritz crackers)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Nabisco Premium Bits (mini saltines)
1 pkg. (dry mix) Ranch House Dressing (in corner says use with milk)
1 rounding tbsp. dill weed, not seed

Pour Wesson oil into small mixing bowl. Mix in dry dressing mix and dill weed with small wire whip. Put this mixture into larger bowl and pour in carefully both kinds of crackers (don't dump in as will crack) and stir well.

Mix well...I use a slotted plastic spoon and do it gently so crackers will not shred.

After this, set your oven timer, egg timer, or whatever, for 10 minute intervals. Mix gently, but thoroughly, each time timer goes off, until mixture is completely absorbed. This can take quite a while, but the results are well worth while.

Can be stored in metal containers or plastic bags, or glass jars. They keep well--if you can leave them alone.
