1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. hot sausage 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 lb. Velveeta 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 loaves cocktail rye bread Brown meats, drain. Add remaining ingredients to meat, stir until cheese melts. Spread on rye bread. Broil 3 to 4 minutes. These can be made ahead and frozen on cookie sheets, then stored in freezer bags. |
