BOURSIN CHEESE
 

2 sticks butter
16 oz. cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. thyme

Combine butter, cream cheese and garlic in processor with steel blade. Add seasonings and mix in processor until smooth. Refrigerate. Keeps 1 month or can be frozen.
