1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 lb. bacon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chili sauce Cut bacon in half and wrap chestnuts; stick toothpick in to hold. Bake until brown, about 15 minutes. Over medium heat combine sugar, mayonnaise, chili sauce until melted. Pour over bacon-chestnuts. Bake another 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
