1 lb. hamburger 1 lb. pork sausage 1 tbsp. catsup Dash A-1 steak sauce Dash garlic salt 1 tsp. oregano 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese 2 loaves cocktail rye bread 1 med. can pizza sauce Parmesan cheese Brown hamburger and pork sausage. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer until cheese melts. On cocktail ryes place 1 tablespoon meat mixture, 1 teaspoon pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Can be made ahead and frozen. Freeze on a flat try then store in freezer bags. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees. |
