1/3 c. ice water 1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. dry milk (nonfat) 2 tbsp. sugar Combine water, lemon juice and vanilla; stir in nonfat dry milk powder. Beat 5-10 minutes or until stiff. Add sugar, beat 1-2 minutes. (If topping separates beat again just before serving.) Each serving amount: 2 tablespoons. |
