STUFFED JALEPENO PEPPERS

jalapeno peppers
smooth cream cheese or Velveeta cheese
a package of bacon
a package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Cut the jalapeno peppers in half, but not all the way through. Scoop out seeds in the middle of the peppers (be sure to get all of the seeds out, because if you don't, the more you leave in the peppers, the hotter the peppers will be.)

If you decide not to use the Velveeta cheese, mix together the cream cheese with the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix.

Next, put the mixture into the middle of the jalapeno peppers. Then, put the jalapeno peppers back together, and wrap the bacon around. Put toothpicks right in between the jalapeno peppers, but you have to do it with the bacon on the jalapeno peppers.

Put it in a 400°F oven until the bacon is done and crisp. And remember - don't overstuff the peppers, because the ingredients will run out.
