CRACKER DIP
 

1 8 oz. tub Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 medium can hunt's petite-cut or diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 teaspoon each garlic and onion powder
1/2 teaspoon each parsley and basil flakes

Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature (sit out for 1/2 an hour or heat in microwave 10 seconds in opened container.

Scoop cream cheese into medium bowl of electric mixer. Using the beaters, whip cream cheese on low speed until no lumps remain. Stir in peppers and seasonings.

Drain tomatoes, (you can use the juice for another recipe; add to spaghetti sauce or serve as a drink with lemon juice and ice).

Mix only until combined.

Serve with Chicken-in-a-Bisket crackers, or any other favorite crackers of your choice. Goes well with Tostitos chips, too.
