Preheat oil in fryer or pot to 375°F. Thaw chicken wings and batter with flour. Cook wings in oil for 7 minutes.
For the sauce, melt butter, Franks Redhot Sauce and Ketchup in a sauce pan.
Dip wings in sauce.
(I like to fry the wings and then keep them warm in the oven (at 200 degrees). When all the wings have been cooked, I then dip them in the sauce and serve.
