HOMEMADE SHERBET
 

1 c. water
1 c. sugar

Boil together for 2 minutes.

Add:

1 sm. pkg. Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice

When cool, add:

2 1/2 c. milk

Beat until creamy. Pour into ice cube trays and place in freezer.
