1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like playdough in consistency. Knead until cool. Keeps 3 months in covered container.
