SAUSAGE AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 green peppers, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. canned French fried onion rings, crushed

Crumble sausage in large skillet. Add onion and green peppers. Cook over medium heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain well.

Combine soup and water. Stir into meat mixture. Add noodles, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fluffy. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
