TACO CASSEROLE

1 lb. can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar LaVictoria Med. Salsa
1 lb. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Guacamole (1 - 1 1/2 c.), I use premade, I get at OFC Deli)
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

Brown meat, drain. Add salsa, continue to heat for approximately 20 minutes.

Layer meat in casserole dish, top with beans and layer cheese on top. Cook for approximately 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven (until cheese melts). Remove from oven and spread with guacamole and top with sour cream (add small chunks of fresh tomato for garnish).

This is delicious alone or served as a dip with taco chips. It's wonderful reheated too!
