CURRIED MEAT CASSEROLE
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus or broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
2 c. cut-up cooked turkey, chicken or ham
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted

Arrange vegetables in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with meat. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over top. Mix baking mix and egg; sprinkle over top. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered until hot and topping is golden brown.
