GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 chopped carrots
1 pkg. taco seasoning (2 if want spicy)
1 pkg. macaroni and cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
Taco shell, 1 or 2

Cook macaroni as for macaroni and cheese. Saute onion, celery and carrot in olive oil and soy sauce. Add meat and taco seasoning and mix and cook until browned.

Add macaroni, cheese (from macaroni and cheese package) and sour cream. Mix and put in covered casserole. Top with crushed taco shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
