BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
6-8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 lg. flour tortillas
1 (16 oz.) jar piquante sauce

Coat bottom of 9"x12" pan with about 1/2 cup or so of the piquante sauce.
