BEEF-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE
 

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento
Chopped onion and green pepper, if desired
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. crinkly noodles, cooked
Buttered bread crumbs

Brown beef lightly. Add rest of ingredients, except noodles and crumbs. Mix well, then stir in noodles. Pour into a large casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. 8 to 10 servings.
