BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can green chilies
Onion and green pepper, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
Pizza cheese
12 tortillas

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add salt, pepper, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, and chilies. Fry tortillas a few minutes and drain on paper towel. Alternate tortillas, sauce with meat, and cheese in layers in a casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
