HAM CASSEROLE (QUICK AND EASY)

8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. (8 oz.) Colby/Jack cheese
2 c. ham, cubed (I use a ham slice)
1/4 green pepper, chopped very fine

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place 5 in a 9-inch pie plate, pressing together to form a crust. Reserve others for top. Chop cheese, ham and green pepper, place in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs and Parmesan cheese together and pour over ham mixture. Turn out into crust.

Top with leftover rolls by rolling them out, then cutting in strips and twisting across top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until crust is a golden brown. Let set 5 to 10 minutes after removing from oven. Double recipe for 9x13 inch pan. Serve with lettuce salad for complete meal.
