MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE
 

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
2 chopped jalapenos
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Onion

Mix 1 cornbread mix according to instructions and add 1/2 can corn. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Saute hamburger and onion. Layer on top of cornbread mixture. Sprinkle on chopped jalapenos. Layer on cheese.

Mix other cornbread mix according to instructions and 1/2 can corn and layer on top. Bake according to cornbread mix and serve.
