EASY MEXICAN CHIPS & CHEESE CASSEROLE
 

2 lbs. hamburger
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can Mexican style rice
1 lg. pkg. nacho cheese chips
1 can refried beans
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat with onions, pour off excess fat and place in large baking dish. Add sauce, rice, beans, 1 1/4 cup cheese and chips. Mix well. Cover with remaining cheese and chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
