1 chicken, cut up 1 bell pepper, cut in rings 1 onion, cut in rings 3 potatoes, cut as French fries Salt and pepper to taste 1 can peas 1 can tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes, cut up 3 toes garlic 3 tsp. olive oil Put raw potatoes, raw onions and bell pepper on bottom of pan. On top of these ingredients place cut up chicken. Repeat. Then put 1 can tomatoes and 1 can of peas. Cover with aluminum foil and cook about 1 hour. Remove foil and brown for about 15 minutes.
