1 lb. ground meat 2 tsp. oil 1 pkg. frozen spinach 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup Brown ground meat in oil. Add spinach. Cover and cook until spinach thaws. Stir in soup, soy sauce, pepper and Cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts at 400 degrees. |
