CHICKEN-HAM-SHRIMP CASSEROLE
 

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. sherry
4 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. cooked diced ham
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions for noodles used in casseroles (al dente)

Make white sauce of butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Remove from heat and stir in sherry. Add chicken, ham, shrimp and noodles. Pour into greased baking dish or casserole (9x13 inch or 5 quart) and bake, covered, 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.

May be frozen before baking. If frozen before baking, sprinkle a tablespoon of sherry on top before baking, and an additional 1/2 cup of cheese. Serves 12.
