1/2 lb. sm. shrimp, cleaned and steamed 1/2 lb. bay scallops, pat dry 1/2 lb. crabmeat 2 c. finely sliced celery 1 c. finely chopped onion 1 c. finely chopped green pepper 3 c. crushed potato chips (reserve 1 c. for top of casserole) 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (do not substitute) Blend all ingredients and put in 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle 1 cup of potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When serving for a large group, double the seafood and increase celery by 1 cup; onion, mayonnaise and pepper by 1/2 cup. |
