EASY SQUASH CASSEROLE
 

2 c. cooked squash
1 c. butter crumb crackers
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Spoon into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Yields: 6 servings.
