POTATO BACON AND BEAN CASSEROLE
 

6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can green beans

In large fry pan put about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, potatoes, onions, beans, and bacon in that order. Cook over medium heat stirring after about 15-20 minutes. Continue cooking over low heat until potatoes are done.
