PORK CHOP CASSEROLE
 

4 pork chops
1 sm. can sliced pineapple
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. boiling water

Brown pork chops in skillet and remove from pan. Brown onion in same grease. Put rice in casserole dish. Add water to rice. Pour onions over rice. Top with pork chops and pineapple slices. Sprinkle brown sugar over pineapple. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
