SOUR CREAM SPINACH CASSEROLE
 

2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook spinach, omitting salt. Drain and add onion soup mix and sour cream. Spoon into shallow buttered casserole dish. Teaspoon with mixture of crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
