EASY GROUND BEEF - CARROT CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
4 1/2 c. boiling water
2 bouillon cubes
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. curly noodles

Brown ground beef in an electric skillet; drain. Add onion soup mix, boiling water, bouillon cubes, parsley and carrots. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add noodles; cover. Simmer until tender. Yields 4 servings.
