8 oz. pkg. noodles 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 3/4 c. shredded cheese, cheddar Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Brown meat in butter, add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and noodles. Layer in casserole dish alternately with sauce. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
