4 pork steaks Cooking oil 1 bunch carrots 1 med. onion 1 green pepper 6 med. potatoes 20 oz. can tomato soup 2 c. water Ground red pepper Salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown pork steak in cooking oil and place in roasting pan. Peel carrots and cut on the diagonal in 1/2" pieces, green pepper, 1/4" pieces. Peel potatoes and slice in slices 1/4" thick. Layer carrots, onions and green peppers on top of pork with sliced potatoes on top. Add soup and water. Sprinkle with red pepper. Add salt and pepper. Cover and bake 2 hours. |
