1 lb. ground beef, lean & crumbled 4 med. carrots, peeled & sliced 4 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped Salt & pepper to taste 1 can cream of mushroom soup Put ingredients in casserole dish in order given, everything raw. Spread mushroom soup over the top. Bake in a slow oven, 325 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours, or until vegetables are tender. |
