2 pkgs. frozen broccoli 2 c. baked chicken, cut up 6 slices cheddar cheese 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup 1 can French fried onion rings Cook broccoli and drain; put in bottom of casserole. Cover with chicken, then cheese, then the soup mixed with the milk. Baker uncovered 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings and bake 5 minutes longer. |
