VEAL CUTLET CASSEROLE
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
2 med. onions, sliced
2-3 potatoes, peeled & sliced
8 pieces veal cutlets
Salt

Layer beans, onions and potatoes in an oiled 13 x 9 inch baking pan or casserole. Sprinkle with a bit of salt. Place veal cutlets on top, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 3/4 hour. Remove cover (or foil) and bake an additional 15 minutes until cutlets are tender and brown. Serves 4.
