CRUNCHY ICE CREAM WITH HOT FUDGE SAUCE
 

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. coconut
6 c. Team Flakes
1/2 gallon ice cream

Melt butter; add brown sugar. Mix well. Stir in nuts and coconut. Add cornflakes and mix well.

Press 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Top with ice cream and cover with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze and serve with fudge sauce.

FUDGE SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan. Add sugar (mixture will be dry). Add salt. Add evaporated milk very slowly. Simmer 7 minutes. Add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Serves 12.
