1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk

Bring all ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Stir in approximately 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into greased pan.
