CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 

3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. marshmallow creme

Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil EXACTLY 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Stir until melted and then pour into a buttered cookie sheet. Let cool. Cut.

The secret to making this "sweet treat" is to boil exactly 3 minutes. Use a timer. Over boiling results in hard brittle fudge; under boil and it must be eaten with a spoon.
