2 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Sugar
Food colors
Flavoring
Gradually add powdered sugar to cream cheese. Mix well. Add food colors and flavoring to desired taste and color.
Roll a ball of dough about the size of a quarter. Dip into sugar and press into candy molds. Pop out of mold (retaining shape). Dry for 7-10 days, turning over every day to help drying.
