VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE
4 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar 1 c. cocoa 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 lb. Blue Bonnet butter 1 tsp. pure vanilla 3 c. walnuts, chopped Mix together the four pounds of powdered sugar with 1 cup cocoa. Add to the 1 pound of Velveeta cheese and 1 pound butter that has been melted in the microwave. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and nuts. Butter pans and butter hands or a wooden spoon. Freezes real well. Makes about 7 pounds of fudge. I use small pans.
