1 egg white slightly beaten
2 tbsp. cool water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecans

Mix glaze with pecans. Place on well greased cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 225 degrees turn and bake 15 minutes more.
