1 angel food cake 1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. Tia Maria 2 (16 oz.) containers Cool Whip 1/4 c. cream Purchase or make 1 angel food cake. Poke holes in top with skewer. Mix together 2 tablespoons Tia Maria and 1/4 cup cream and pour 1/2 mixture into holes in cake. Refrigerate 2 hours. Pour in remaining mixture and again refrigerate 2 hours. Add 1/4 cup Tia Maria to Cool Whip and frost cake. Serve immediately. Serves 8. |
