CAKE: 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter, softened 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 16 oz. can Hershey syrup Mix and pour into a greased and cocoa dusted 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. ICING: 2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter, softened 4 tbsp. creme de menthe Beat until fluffy; spread on cake. Refrigerate. GLAZE: 1 c. chocolate chips 6 tbsp. butter Melt together and drizzle on green icing. Refrigerate. Cut into small squares. |
