GOOEY BUTTER CAKE

1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix these together and press into a 9x13x2 greased pan.

TOPPING:

1 lb. XXXX sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Mix and pour over the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
